Aster connected step 104 V50 continuation

This public V50 Space reconstructs the independently accepted step-103 connected state, verifies its immutable V38 receipt, and runs isolated V39 once. V39 derives a fresh future-state/error signal from the connected model, lets the retained controller select the measured action, and updates one existing tensor plus one previously appended tensor. Any step-104 output remains an unaccepted candidate until a separate exact restart succeeds. The Space does not auto-retry.
